God's 'Adult' Children...?

WE'VE BEEN GOD'S 'LITTLE' CHILDREN FOR OVER 2,000 YEARS! 

It's time to grow up and become God's "adult" children.

This being a child for 2,000 years bit dawned on me several years ago...and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind since. I mean really. 2,000 years! Surely it's time we grow in our awareness of who and what we really are.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in search of a deeper and more meaningful understanding of my life and of the people and events that shape it. Traditional answers, while deeply satisfying to some, leave my Soul empty.

A diagnosis of ovarian cancer last year served to focus my attention on the physical. To stop pretending the physical world is not as important as the spiritual, and to find ways to integrate the two.

Ovarian cancer was my invitation to think newly. What's yours?
